Concho Valley Endodontics has a highly trained registered dental assistant (RDA) on call 24/7 to assist you when having tooth pain. Our RDA will triage your pain and notify one of our endodontists that are always available. After hours or weekend appointment for an emergency root canal is always an option for a patient of record or a new patient.

At Concho Valley Endodontics we provide the highest standard of endodontic care along with convenient financial options so that our patients can begin their treatment without stress or delay. Please be aware that the fee for endodontic treatment varies depending on which tooth is involved and the complexity of the case. We will determine and explain the exact cost of your treatment at the time of your evaluation. The financial policy of our office is that payment is due at the time service is initiated, unless other arrangements have been made in advance of treatment. Cash discounts can be discussed at your scheduled appointment.
Saving a natural tooth when possible is always a wise investment and we strive to provide our patients with a reasonable fee for their care.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. We also offer low-interest financing through CareCredit. As a courtesy to our patients, our office will promptly file an insurance claim on your behalf. We ask you to keep in mind that a payment balance not covered by your insurance company is your responsibility. If the insurance payment received by our office is in excess of your balance, you will be sent a refund check from our accounting office at the completion of your care.
As a courtesy to our patients, we bill all primary and secondary insurance companies. Our office is out of network with all Insurances policies, but we are able to file all, and receive payments from most insurance companies (there are a select few insurance companies that will only pay the policy holder.) Our Insurance Specialist, will contact your insurance company prior to your visit to maximize your dental benefits. Patients estimated out of pocket / co-pay is due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangement have been made prior to your appointment. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility, Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
